OMNICHANNEL RETAIL OPERATIONS

The Boutique at Seneca is an omnichannel fashion learning retail lab that is managed by students. I was part of the Content and Digital Merchandising Team. Our roles were to create written content for the Boutique to maximize Search Engine Optimization and increase conversion rates and remerchandise product pages to ensure the site looked fresh and interesting.

Scope: Remerchandised product page to align with weekly promotions and themes and to keep customers interested with new layouts each week.

Used Lightspeed to remerchandise Short Sleeve product page by colour.
